This 3 ply sock yarn is a product of our grey girl, Pom Pom. A thicker sock yarn, this yarn will produce cozy hand-crafted socks with a soft grey hue. Of course, sock yarn isn't just for socks. The added acrylic gives the yarn a nice drape and durability for other projects as well.
70% alpaca, 20% fine merino, 10% acrylic
Approximately 200 yards/100 gram skein
Homegrown
Do not put alpaca in hot water, agitate it, or dry in a dryer or on a heat source.
Soak in room temperature water with gentle detergent or shampoo for 30 minutes, rinse, gently squeeze away excess water, and lay flat to dry.
Wipe soiled area with a damp cloth free from soap, and allow it to air dry. Gently brush fur when dry and shake to fluff.
