Refund policy

Ballintotas Alpacas has a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please inform us by email: info@ballintotasalpacas.com and provide us with the tracking number you will be using for your return. Mail to: Ballintotas Alpacas, 78 Brae Loch Road, Braeside, ON, Canada, K0A 1G0. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund your purchase price. Ballintotas Alpacas does not reimburse return shipping fees.
