This 100% alpaca yarn in a bulky weight is versatile and perfect for cozy winter wear. Each skein is over 125 grams providing enough to knit a pair of medium mittens using Nancy's own mitten pattern. These skeins are provided to us by Silver Cloud Alpacas whose foundation herd genetics we share. Each skein has been lovingly hand-dyed by the farm's owner, Nancy Carr.

Do not put alpaca in hot water, agitate it, or dry in a dryer or on a heat source.
Soak in room temperature water with gentle detergent or shampoo for 30 minutes, rinse, gently squeeze away excess water, and lay flat to dry.
Wipe soiled area with a damp cloth free from soap, and allow it to air dry. Gently brush fur when dry and shake to fluff.
