Fine-Weight Yarn Minis - Hand-Painted

These 'minis' kits feature 4 -2 ply skeins of yarn that have been co-oped. Many farms sort, skirt, and ship their fibre to a central mini-mill that creates a co-oped product for redistribution. These yarns are a match to our full size Hand-Painted Sport Weight yarn and work up beautifully in products like our 'Slices' shawl and our 'Pay it Forward' shawl.
80% alpaca, 20% fine merino

Do not put alpaca in hot water, agitate it, or dry in a dryer or on a heat source.
Soak in room temperature water with gentle detergent or shampoo for 30 minutes, rinse, gently squeeze away excess water, and lay flat to dry.
Wipe soiled area with a damp cloth free from soap, and allow it to air dry. Gently brush fur when dry and shake to fluff.
