These hats are hand-crafted from start to finish. Originating from small communities in Peru that produce timeless items, each one features 100% raw alpaca fibre spun on drop spindles to produce the fine, smooth yarn used to hand-knit each item. The beautiful patterns in these pieces are a testament to the artistry of the Peruvian craftspeople.
Just like the double knit reversible ear flap hats, these hats feature the same buttery soft, hand-spun, hand-knit, 100% alpaca finish but sit on the head with no turned up brim. Each offers a black/grey/natural palette on one side, and a brown/fawn/natural colour scheme on the other. Available in solid and patterned options.

Fair Trade Import
Do not put alpaca in hot water, agitate it, or dry in a dryer or on a heat source.
Soak in room temperature water with gentle detergent or shampoo for 30 minutes, rinse, gently squeeze away excess water, and lay flat to dry.
Wipe soiled area with a damp cloth free from soap, and allow it to air dry. Gently brush fur when dry and shake to fluff.
